# My AI Plan

> My AI Plan is the AI Operations Assessment for owner-led small and mid-sized businesses, a service of Helm Partners LLC (based in Wake County, North Carolina; serving the United States). One fixed price of $497: a 15 to 30 minute guided phone interview with an AI voice interviewer, a written 9-slide plan delivered by email within 24 hours of the interview, and an included 30-minute review call with an AI expert.

## What it is
- An AI operations assessment is a structured review of how a business runs, used to find where AI tools can save time and money.
- The owner answers questions about their role, team and where the week goes. No AI knowledge is needed and nothing has to be installed.
- Every answer is mapped to specific tools, scored by impact and effort, with monthly cost and setup time for each.

## Who it is for
- Owners of businesses of roughly 1 to 50 people: service businesses, practices, agencies, trades and professional firms.

## How it works
1. Interview: the private interview line is provided right after checkout. 15 to 30 minutes, at any hour.
2. Analysis: answers are matched to tools and scored by impact and effort.
3. Report: a 9-slide assessment by email within 24 hours of the interview.
4. Expert review call: 30 minutes with an AI expert to agree first steps. Included for every client.

## What the report contains
Executive summary; impact–effort matrix; six quick wins; recommended tools with cost, setup time and hours saved; four-day quick wins plan; next phase; estimated financial impact; next step (expert review call).

## Price and refunds
- $497 USD, one fixed price, no subscription.
- Full refund any time before the interview. Once the interview is complete, the assessment is non-refundable.
- ROI figures are estimates based on the client's own inputs, not guarantees.

## Privacy
- Interviews are recorded and transcribed. Recordings, transcripts and reports are kept until the client asks for deletion.
